WHO WE ARE
We’re a global network of performance partners, led by Dr David Priestley. We work with the restless who refuse to leave their potential on the table. We don't fix. We build your human capacity to deliver when the pressure feels real. And we’ve done this with people, known and unknown, on the court, on the pitch, and in the office for 30 years.
Whether we’re providing Executive Coaching to a strategic leader, using Psychology to build winning capacity amongst a leading sports team, bringing one of our Learning Experiences to an organisation or applying our Culture By Design methodology to a global business – what matters is that it works at precisely the right time in the right way.

How do we meet?
We deliver one to one support, and our group learning experiences in-person, online, or a mix of both.
Most programmes range from 3-5-10 sessions depending on the topic and are delivered through mini-communities with a selection of group sessions and 1-on-1 coaching to individualise and embed personalized learning.
Our style is built on active engagement, because we believe the best learning isn't passive. We also seek to respect your personal preferences and learning needs, because one size fits nobody.
What if my issues are more about mental health, or if we have someone with mental health needs?
Sometimes, the challenge isn't only about performance. When needs go beyond coaching or sport psychology, we don't pretend to be what we're not. We act as a trusted bridge, guiding you sensitively and non-judgmentally to the clinical support you need—whether that's the NHS or our network of vetted, and entrusted mental health professionals.
How do I find out about all the different Learning Experiences and the Culture By Design methodology?
We have curated over 150 learning experiences based on decades of work with the world’s fastest-growing organisations. These are not lectures; they are deliberately sequenced interventions designed to move you from theory to execution. They are evidence-informed, psychologically grounded, and iterated daily.
These learning experiences are housed within an interactive and explanatory Human Performance Model we would be pleased to talk you through.

If you want a "happy sheet" at the end of any engagement to say everyone had a nice time or found it interesting but did nothing differently, honestly - hire someone else. If you want to tick a box for HR, we are too expensive. We are not a familiar comfortable-safe-vanilla provider.
Who will I work with?
Priestley Performance Partners is made up of a team of trusted associates, that deliver on and in line with David's philosophy, delivery principles and programme content. Who you will work with will be based on expertise, availability and location.

We can both look to reality for answers, not our authority.

We are not a volume business. We avoid a large, transactional client base for a smaller number of high-value partnerships, spanning nine countries and four industries (and counting).
